J, SENIOR CLASS PROPHECY As we look back ten years to May 18 1955 we wonder what happened to our Seruor Class mates We opened the year book to the Sen1or Sect1on and saw Larry Clemson s ptcture As a sen1or he worked 1n a grocery store so II lS only natural that he would own a cha1n of Clemson Food Markets wh1ch extend all over the country Hts offlce was ID New York and so we de c1ded to take a week s vacat1on and go v1s1t h1m Seems he was Just at a Clemson Food Market openlng 1n Florlda where he saw Martlyn Sundberg She owns an alhgator ranch As we talked about old t1mes Larry tells us that Kathlene Browne 15 tn New York dES1gl'l1.Ilg costumes for the new broadway play North Atlantxc The dtrector of the play 15 Gordon Wxlber who IS happtly marr1ed and the proud papa of tw1n baby boys Larry made plans for us to tour New York C1ty On our second ntght m New York he took us to the famous Flammgo Club As we went to our reserved table we were all pleased and surpr1sed to see Joan Bolmeyer The last t1me we saw her was when she graduated from Western Reserve Un1vers1ty She was at a party 1n her honor for she was leav1ng next week for Italy to marry the handsome Itahan F ore1gn Mxntster We all w1shed her the best of luck and returned to out hotel We stopped tn the lounge for a whtle and turned on the lounge radto We heard Georg1ana slngtng her top h1t song Wh.1Ch sold over 2 m1ll1on CODICS The next day Larry called and promlsed to take us to a ballgame between the New York Yankees and the Cleveland Ind1ans As we were readmg the lnd1an Lme Up we saw that Larry Wllber was playlng left f1eld He was lughest on the hst for the Most Valuable Player of the Year Award We were all anx1ous to see htm so we called h1m and asked h1m to come over to our hotel He had some news of one of our classmates He told us that Alberta Ba1ley was work mg for the Allen Atrhne Co Her Job 1S to tour the world and plan vacat1on tours for the company The next morntng we read the newspaper and the headl1nes were Lawyer Hrtbar W1ns Case Agatnst Sampson Co After Ann graduated from htgh school she entered Law School and IS now practlctng law tn the Clty We phoned her offtce and asked her to Jotn us at dtnner She satd she would br1ng a cl1ent w1th her She arrtved w1th her clxent Pat Harmst Pat 1nvested two dollars 1n the stock market and IS now a m1ll1ona1ress She hves 1n Massachusetts and owns four cars one for each d1rect1on Our week was soon over and we started for home We transferred trams at Phtladelphta and we met Joan T1lton 1n the dmmg room of the tra1n She IS a regtstered nurse now and a very good one too for she IS returnmg from Washmgton D C where she was taktng care of the Vtce Presldent of the Unxted States Proudly she showed us an engagement rlllg from her pat1ent 1l'l Washmgton As we neared home she told us that Thelma F tnk Amertca s F avortte Model was leavxng Cal1forn1a for Hawau where she wtll model B1k1n1 Bathlng Su1ts That 1S what the future held for the 12 members of our Graduattng Class Z he ' ' l.l' rj- T-gi 4- .Z I !
