'-Q CLASS PROPHECY The year was 196'7g we were taking a trip around the world in our customized next year's Cadillac Bourgharn. While our car was being refueled with atomic fuel we stopped in at the Markle Drug Store owned by former classmate Matilda Carolyn Woodward and watched Fondra Gay Funderburg and Carol Sue Colpetzer perform in a song and dance routine. While leaving to get the car we met Mike Woodward and found out that he is now the leader of the Philhar- monic Orchestra and while on vacation is fixing his father's beat 1955 Chevy Station- Wagon As we traveled across the country on our way to Kentucky we stopped and visited the Master of Moonshine, Muriel Dickerson. Going through Washington, D. C. to get to New York, we stopped to see the first woman president Mary Frances now married to Terry Bong Will the president of G. M. C. and their four little presidents. While leaving the White House, we ran into John Will and his wife. He informed us that he was going to run against his sister-in-law in the next presidential election. Driving through New Jersey, we found Windell Stevens, an atomic scientist now working on atomic brains for illiterate people. When we arrived in New York, we stopped in at the all new indoors, all weather Yankee Stadium to see the perfect game pitcher, Phil Fahl of the New York Yankees. His batting average last year was . 999 and last year's pitching was 30 wins and O losses. After the game we drove to the New York Harbor to board the all new, all weather U. S. S, Water Bubble. We were surprised to find that the Admiral was none other than Larry Wayne Williams of the U. S. N. with his wife Pat and their little recruits, We were bound for Russia to see the Lord of the Acres Roger Mauger who has turned the whole country into a horse ranch, He is said to believe in large grazing lands. Our next destination was to see Eugene Charles Grove, the Prime Minister of Pakistan and his wife the former lois Watson, who is now the head of his harem. From Pakistan we traveled to Blue Hawaii to see the 6'5 , 230 pound champion swimmer Howard Shorty Hamilton. He has just completed his swim around the world in 80 days. He had only one remark to make when we interviewed him quote, It was tough going through the Sahara Desert, the water there was extremely shallow unquote. Mr. Hamilton invited us to the Pineapple Harvest Feast where we met June Smith and her husband Bill. She said that they were taking care of Mr. Hamilton's pineapple patch for him, Climbing aboard our bubble again, we were headed back to the all new push button cli- mate controlled United States. Arriving in Hollywood, California we met the outstanding new actress of the year Leta Eliot. We found that she has won lO academy awards and was voted the actress with the Most. CLASS PROPHECY From Hollywood, we went to Wyoming to see Bud Lahr and his wife Shelba, who run the largest horse ranch in the U. S. A. and the next biggest to Roger Mauger's, From Wyoming, we visited Marlene Pursiful and Martha Smith who are graduates of a beauty college and now Live on an Indian Reservation and deal in scalps. As we were cruising along at 200 M. P. H. on our way back to Indiana, we mentioned the fact that we would like to go back to see our former classmates again, especially Windell and his Atomic Brains. We figured that maybe he could help us someday. AUTOGRAPHS COMMENCEMENT 1 1 --- - 1 rf-.--....-,., , , ,, . 4.,.,,,,..,.,-.,,,..,,,.,,4., If . F E .F 2 3 JIF0 Hi . , A f b ,S 1 .
