Clint Wilson. Raymond Torry. The RB wrestling team had an outstand- ing season this year, with six of its menn- bers going to state. Curt Burkey, Eric De- Venney. Jini Hassel, Danny Ruether, John Walker and Aaron Wallman represented RB at the state wrestling championships held at the Hearnes Center. The season came to a climactic end with DeVenney and Walker becoming state champs. DeVenney won the 125 lb class in the last second of his final match, finishing the year with an unde- feated record. Walker placed first in the 160 lb class after placing fourth in districts. Walker summed up the season by saying, Friendship. All my friends are on the team.
