SCIENCE FAIR This year RB hosted its first annual science, career and health fair. Over 80 booths were set up with the help of the University of Missouri, Stephens and Columbia colleges. Columbia health professionals, and the Columbia Depart- ment of Health. Four RB students who had worked with OMC over the summer also had projects on display. Among the presentations were booths from local hospitals and the Red Cross. Many of these displays offered student participation, from having one ' s blood pressure taken to find- ing out if one ' s stress level is too high. Several of the booths handed out freebies like pens and pencils. Dr. Wenona Robertson, science teacher and organizer of the health fair, said the purpose of the fair was to promote knowledge and aware- ness of health related professional fields and that it was very successful.
