The comedy, which concernsa fifties rock hero and his effect on'a small town, starred Ron Campbell as Conrad Birdie, the teen idol, Gregg Westwood as his manager, Albert Peterson: Jeanai Overton as Rose Alvarez, Peterson's secretary, and Tammy Moorehead as Kim McAfee.
