S., graduated from the Institute and University of Michigan. He is employed at Bausch Lomb Optical Co. AUSTIN FRIBANCE, M. S., is on leave of absence, serving as Captain in the United States Army. EARL KARKER, M. S., was employed with the Installation, Commercial Engineering and Employee Training Divi- sions of General Railway Signal Company before coming to the Institute. WALTER MINZNER, M. S., is a graduate of Northeastern University and attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College. CLARENCE TUITES, B.
