DISTRACTIONS cause Terry Nichols to glance from her very important card game. JIM YOCKEY gladly accepts a drink from Jan Green, the Wicked Witch of the West. 'Lx- 'Y Q... Trolls, witches come together for Halloween Mummies, ghosts, witches, and hoodlums comprised just a segment of the mad conglomeration that gathered in the transformed chapel area to celebrate Halloween. Upon arriving, everyone wandered around attempting to guess who hid beneath the other disguises. Honors fell on those with the most original costumes. First place went to Jan Green, the witch no one knew. Passing lifesavers with toothpicks and an exciting game of Wink-em brought a little extra excitement to the evening. And what Halloween night would be complete without a spooky movie? Nights of Darkness served this purpose and ended the evening with a scream. MOUTH wide open, Jan Reevers expresses her distaste for monster Cayge Martin. 23

Six foot Pooka makes visit to MCC stage November 9, 10, and ll saw the presentation of Margaret Chasels comedy Harvey', by the M.C.C. Players. The main characters were Elwood P. Dowd, a very unusual man, and Harvey, his best friend, an invisible six-foot rabbit. Success of the play was due to many people's backing. Nearly one-fourth of the student body worked on set construction and the cast spent innumerable hours rehearsing. Patti Martens as student director did much to help Mr. Jurney, who, as usual, gave most of his time being director-producer-boss. PLEASED at having found Elwood, Barb Peacock and Mike Ray sigh their relief. 2 W STEVE Sanderson makes a telephone call to Harvey, his invisible friend. MOMENTS alone with Gail Akin bring great pleasure to George MacDonell. 24
