Warriors had two squads behind them throughout their winning season. Both the Cheerleaders and Warriorettes worked long hours for and with the basketball team, making signs and posters, traveling with them to away games, and cheering them on to victory. Their effort and enthusiasm remained evident. Throughout the season, they showed a special closeness and loyalty to the team, and a closeness and loyalty to God. WARRIORETTES support Phyllis Alexander and Cathy Ireland as they cheer the Warriors to victory. 125

T I I 4 E I l l l E , N i I T s i Q Social clubs create much competition T M.C.C.'s intramural program i between social clubs varied widely over the year. Something was offered for every person to participate in to help his club gain points. The points I . i accumulated toward the winning of the if All Awards Trophy, which again fell it upon Alpha Chi after a year of hard work. Both guys and girls took part in such sports as football, volleyball, basketball, softball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, checkers, and chess. In addition to sports, the clubs had the opportunity to compete in the Forensics Tournament, which this year also included drama competition in the form of two one-act plays.
