We want to wish for this class of Seniors all the success in the world and we know you will take a valuable place in life and bring honor to your school and city. No doubt many of the young men of this class will be going into the service. When we see young men of the caliber and type that has finished in this class of l943, we have no doubts of the outcome of this conflict. We want to say to you young men, Go in and give them all that you have , and certainly no real American cares to give less. We also know that some or all the girls will find their place in our all- out effort to save liberty and freedom, so we can say with equal emphasis to you, what we have said to the boys. And to you Juniors, well don't fret! You will be a senior bye and bye and then you can assume that haughty look and glance way down at the sophs and fish etc. The Rotan Cotton Oil Mill is proud to be a part of Fisher County and although our plant is in Rotan, we have always tried to be as big as our county and have striven to do our part in making this county the greatest county in all the state. We have supported the schools, not only in pay- ment of taxes, but in many ways and we have pride in feeling we have been a small help in bringing our county school system to the high plane on which it now soars.
