One of the ftmctions of the Student Council is controlling all elections. For the second year poll taxes have been sold by the Student Council. Here we see Student Council mem- bers Lynn Merritt, Ellen Miller, Betty Wheeler, Reynold Veselka, and Wanza Treybig discussing the approaching poll tax sales.
