One of the ftmctions of the Student Council is controlling all elections. For the second year poll taxes have been sold by the Student Council. Here we see Student Council mem- bers Lynn Merritt, Ellen Miller, Betty Wheeler, Reynold Veselka, and Wanza Treybig discussing the approaching poll tax sales. The Student Council offi- cers join hands in coop - eration to promote the general good relations of the school. These officers for 1957- 1958 are: Bill K e a c h , Reporter5 johnny Rounsaville, Parliamen- tariang R o n n i e Sullivan, President5 Ieanell Mayers, S ecretaryg and Tommy D ale George, Treasurer.
