4 G.A.A. Members Host a Plag Dag The officers for G.A.A. were Kathy Iknayan, president, Sherry Lamb, vice-President, Lauree Hasty secretary, and Vickie Hamilton, treasurer. The sponsor was Mrs. Finefrock. At the Carnival, they had a Kookie Kitchen. For six weeks in January and February, members went bowling. Watson never rests, he's always on the balil The first issue of the NEWS 'N' EVERYTHING was published in 1922, making this year the 50th anniversary of the school newspaper. This publication had three chief editors. For this year these editors were Kathy Iknayan, news editor, Kathryn Forbes, features editor, and Raymond Murphy, sports editor. Their faculty advisor was Miss Wilma Nuttall. The newspaper supervised the distribution of programs for football games at no charge, and to raise money they sold candy bars and held concessions at a basketball game to curtail the expense of publication. Pep Club Purchase Maroon Capes I The sponsor for Pep Club was Miss Jan Stuckey. Officers were Donna Reynolds, president, Cynthia Hayden, vice-president, Sue Heath, secretary-treasurer.
