FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA The F.B.L.A. which is sponsored by Mr. Lockhart, conducted a number of activities during the year to give its members practical experience in business and manage- ment. At the carnival they sponsored a Ring Toss. An- other money-making project was the selling of candy eggs. In February the F.B.L.A. members enjoyed their annual banquet. F.B.L.A FIRST ROW: J. NTRAMURAL COUNCIL INTRAMURAL CLUB The Intramural Club is sponsored by Mr. Robert BonDurant. This is the club ' s second active year at R H S Intramural Club is headed by a council or group of students which organize the club s activities. The club meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays, meeting a total of eleven times this year. Volleyball and bas- ketball were the main team games the club was engaged in this year. Tumbling, and all types of gymnastics were on the agenda for the club. The members feel that by belonging to the club they can have more time to use the gymnasium and equipment than in Physical Education. 88

WASHINGTON OR BUST! POLITICAL SCIENCE CLUB This year ' s club was sponsored by Mr. Richard Drake. The Political Science Club ' s purpose is to bring the functions of government closer to the students by an interesting and enjoyable trip to the Nation ' s capital. This year the club flew from Indianapolis. In the past trains have provided transportation but flying proved to be more practical. The students had more time for sightseeing.
