To the Graduates of 1970, nnay we make one final comment to you ... we have faith in you! You have learned well and we have confidence in your using that which you have learned in a manner that will not only reflect honor and credit upon you as individuals but upon your school, your community and your nation. Best wishes to each of you. To the Student Body of 1970-1971 we give you this charge . . . live up to your potentials, make the most of your years in school. SUPERINTENDENT We can once again commend Mr. Clyde Corn for his strenuous efforts and hard work as superintendent of Community Unit School District No. 2. Mr. Corn ' s job in- cludes the supervising of the four schools in this district, these being Robinson, Porterville, Flat Rock, and New Hebron, and the employing of the many people in the school ' s management. This is Mr. Corn ' s fourth year as superintendent as he has been here since 1966. Before coming to Robinson, Mr. Corn was employed at other Il- linois schools and at one time acted as superintendent of the West Frankfurt schools. MR. CLYDE CORN MRS. ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL Mr. Gene Manuel was the Dean of Students at RHS during the 1969-1970 school year. Mr. Manuel was responsible for all aspects of the athletic programming. He scheduled all contests, approved all officials for each contest, and was responsible for the purchasing of the athletic equipment used in the games. In addition to ac- quiring about student absences he was responsible for the discipline and conduct of all the students, having conferences with the students and their parents when necessary. One can be sure that the Dean of Students led a full day every day of the school year. MR. MANUEL MRS. CHILCOTE 25
