LOE LS TL TTT IRN HE LENIN FUTURE HOMEMAKERS OF AMERICA The Robinson Chapter of F. H. A. has 80 members this year, all having qualified by hav- ing completed one semester of homemaking and having the willingness to help others. The motto ‘Toward New Horizons” ex- presses the purpose of the Future Homemakers of America. This purpose is to bring together the activities in homemaking classes and relate them to home and community life. The program of work for this year included a wiener roast which was the initiation held October 8 for new members. Previous to this, we held a picnic at the city park for all prospective members. We also served at the uptown carni- val bean supper, October 5, and made a float for the parade. Members sold mums the week before the iast home football game which was November 8. Two pepsi stands were F. H. A.’s contribution to the annual Carnival. December Santa Claus visited all F. H. A. members and their smali guests during the Christmas party. On December 21, the F. H.
