The Art Club is one of the newer clubs at RHS. It was organized in 1956 under the di- rection of Mr. Max Rennels. During the first year the membership was 27. These members went to Chicago in April 1957, where they visited the Art Institute and the Museum of Sci- ence and Industry. The membership this year is also 27. Each member must either be enrolled in an art class or have been, at some time. The club’s purpose is to further the inter- Seated: J. FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA The National Organization of the Future Farmers of America was formed in 1928. The aim of the Future Farmers is to de- velop co-operation, citizenship, brotherhood, and agricultural leadership among the mem- bers who will be farmers and leaders of tomor- | row. : Our creed in short says that we believe in the future of farming, working on a farm, even in the hours of discouragement, in leadership and in the ability of organized farmers to serve our own and in public interest, in marketing the product of toil, playing square with those whose happiness depends upon me. To become a member of the F. F. A. the TRL IRON IIIT TTS NSIT i student has to be enrolled in an agriculture t course. This year there are 52 active members i under the direction of Mr. Hocking.
