Mr. Scott A. Funkhouser, Superin- tendent of Schools, strives to make our school better. His sin- cerity and dignified manner has won him the respect of the RHS students. Everyone has come in contact with Mr. E. O. May, principal of RHS. He tries to give the students a fair deal in all things concern- ing them.
