Other returning players are Lou Scola at third base, Emil Latimer and Lenny Hicks in the outfield. Walter Krauss and John Mattiucci will be back to handle the pitching chores for the '52 Blue Devils. With many vacancies to be filled there will be many prospects battling for start- ing positions. VARSlTY BASEBALL Track The track team, headed by Coach Mar- lowe, looks quite promising for this year and next. Onlookers can see the excitement mounting in the girls' speedy volleys. Thirty be love is the score! The excitement mounts as tension increases between the two girls on either side ofthe net. Who will win this thrilling game of tennis? The skill of these girls is rewarding to Miss Hutchinson, who taught them to serve speedily, place the shots accurately, and improve their deadly aim. .gg an Ili iii Ill iii 'fl iii ' ' Ill U'
