The Industrial Arts program at Frost had a lot of things to do. Metal crafts are high on their list. Wrought iron, welding, copper crafts and electroplating (bronzing) took up a lot of time. Plastics, Mechanical drawing and foundry will round out this year ' s activities. In Home Ec¬ onomics, the students at Frost learned basic sewing and cooking skills. Mrs. Linda Burke Mrs. Dorothy Byers Mr. Zardis Hoffman Fine Arts Chorus and band students had a most successful year. By the end of the school year, band and orchestra members were playing difficult music. In art classes, students experimented with a variety of media. Eighth grade students who elected to take art enjoyed working with clay, sketching, erecting mobiles, doing head studies, making jewelry, and in cooperation with the English department, lettering original fall poetry.
