Fun Times At Volsfest Food, fun and confetti were the three main ingredients in Volsfest. On Saturday, October 30, the campus was full of students, parents and friends all out to have a good time. The different organizations worked for weeks getting ready for the big day. For the people, Volsfest was a time for entertainment. Some of the booths that were set up this year were: the hitchin' post, the gold fish toss, the pie throw and the ever popular dunking booth. There were not only booths, but shows too. The Lee-ettes won first place for their show of dancing, skits, and of course the football players. ROTC showed a rifle ex- hibit and the mime troupe per- formed periodically during the day. For the clubs it was a time to raise money for the coming year. Can you think of a more fun way to do so? At 5 p.m. booths came down and the crowd went home only to come back later that night for the annual dance sponsored by the PTA. With all the food, games and entertainment, there wasn't a bet- ter way to spend a Saturday afternoon. i QW' if? l qw Y V 1 A, ' 'nf , in 'YU T ' WVATJYW Ll' . ,T iq mms. ia, , M, Q 'if 'fig .rifilw 3355-iifgfis 2-1' lmgcirl TM- It ' ' W Jil Him: Mil N gzglyiwll llll Y light-ll: W Wfidu-an WF' ' W ik ks ggi? 1. ll ifillwy- , 'vt X. 1 il ' -K ' l .'
