Poetry written by these students has been accepted for national publication by the National Poetry Association of los Angeles, California. Dewelyn Holman, Bayne Smith, Karen Harrell and Beverly Wilson. The following SOPHOMORES have main- tained an all A average with only one B for one year ending January, 1965: Linda Stevens, Linda Griffin, Bill Sumner, Jan Smith, Connie Wiggs, and Beverly Beaird. The National Essay Association of los Angeles, California, has chosen these stu- dents'essays to be published in the annual anthology, Young America Speaks, which will come out in the spring of l965.
