Miss Ellyn Dudley, Head ofthe Choral Department SCPHCDMORE The Glee Club at Robert E. Lee, under the direction of Miss Ellyn Dudley, is comprised of three hundred singers. All music students are allowed to take port in the octivities of this group. One of the main attroc- tions every spring is the annual concert given by the Glee Club. Various themes are used in this program but our adopted school song, Dixie, is never omitted. The Glee Club performs at school assemblies and ceremonies throughout the year.

Lee at all State and District Contests each year. For the past years the Choral-ees have received superior ratings at all district contests. Outstanding members from the Choral-ees also repre- sent our school in the soloist division at District Contest. ln 1964 for the second time since the Choral-ee members have been participating in this contest all top honors were received by our school in all three divisions. The Choral-ees sing at many civic clubs and school ac- tivities throughout the year.
