The nine- month-long grind of school starts with the Band and Brigadiers working hard to perfect their music and drills. Foot- hall is just beginning. The school spirit has heen inherited from last year with added enthusiasm. lt will carry the athletes in different sports through thick and thin to come out a winner. Begin Practice THE BAND and BRICADIERS work hard to he ready for the first game with Lamar. THE GIRLS in the cafeteria help keep the spirit at Lee at its peak.

As students walked from class to k d t bu ribbons by the cheerleaders, class, they were as e 0 y annuals, student directories, tickets to a dance, or tickets for the next drama club presentation. EVIRN HESTER helps get the students in the spirit before one of the big district games. STUDENTS SELL ANNUALS, student directories, rib bons, and football tickets. THE CO-CAPTAINS LEAD the Ganders onto the field for another Win which helped them to advance into the state playoffs. 26
