Certain requirements insure LHS graduates a background in World history, American history, and government. Classes also examine the present in scheduled and spontaneous discussion of current events. Often, these sessions lead to specula- tions on the future as students attempt to understand and solve the world's problems. Mr. Baker prepares his students for the future by helping them to be better informed citizens.
