BEIL, who teaches biology and is a basketball coach, received his B.S. and M.H.P.E. and R. degrees from North Texas State Teachers College. SCIENCE This is not modern art; it is animalsl MR. CALVIN S. STORY, who taught physics one semester and teaches chemistry, received his B.A. and M.A., degrees from Sam Houston State Teachers' College. Scientific courses offered to students are biology, giving an opportunity to discover the relationship between plants and animals; chemistry, offering a fundamental understanding of the nature of matter through the study of atoms and molecules; and physics, tending to explain how to control and use energy for man's benefit. The physics instructor helps Joe Bob Horsley and Butch Craft solve their problem.

SPEECH MRS. MARY LYNN BRUSH, who teaches Speech I and II and English, replaced Mrs. Simmons in November. Mrs. Brush received her B.A. degree from Texas Christian University. I won't do it either! Three Speech I courses and one Speech II course (dramatics) are offered to students from Freshman through Senior levels. Speech activities include orotorical contests, Senior Play, and Inter-scholastic League one-act play contest. y, 7 MRS. DOROTHY H. SIMMONS, who taught Junior English and Speech I and II, received her B.S. degree from Mississippi State College for Women. 18 Britt Kristensen tells about her life and home in Norway during a speech class.

Oh, those proportion formulas I MRS. PAULINE C. NELSON, who teach algebra and trigonometry, received her B. degree from Abilene Christian Collcgo. SF also attended the University of Texas. MR. GEORGE H. BOWLING, who teaches algebra and is coach of football and B basbetball, received his B.A. and M.Ed. degrees from East Texas State Teachers' College. This class looks as if it is getting information for the future.
