Dances were held in the R.E.L. student commons. These provided opportunities for dancing, gossip- ing. socializing, and just plain hav- ing fun. There's no energy crisis here when it comes to dancing.

- irectmg D ehersals. and A ■ cling M,„ A m chievement The Drama Department presented some tine plays in our school audito- rium such as the fall play M A ‘S‘H and the musical Lost in the City on Feb- ruary 1st. 2nd. 8th. v 9th. Mot only did they learn to act and produce enjoy- able plays for the students at Lee. they also learned about dramatic literature, drama history, and all elements of de- sign. (sets, lights, and costumes.) To- ward the end of the year the Drama Department went to Zone Contest, the week of March 16th. and a Laban The- ory Production. January 22nd. The Drama Department concluded the year with the Drama Awards Banquet.
