Spirited Students Rally Ganders To Victory

Pep Rallies this year were full of excitement. They start- ed out in the Boy's Gym. but were moved to the Audito- rium while the gym was re- modeled. As the year went on. the spirit stick went to the Seniors again and again as the team was still winning. The tension of the upcoming game was received and our confi- dence boosted as the band broke loose with Dull Razor Blues each Friday. These pep rallies were highlighted with skits by clubs and a Gong Show by some of the teachers. Each week one teacher was chosen as the most spirited of the week. Bonfire Brightens Homecoming The Homecoming Week was filled not only with the usual fun events, but with extra added excitement. The Ganders were fighting for the District Championship in the Smiley game. Twirp week festivities were a blast as the girls took out their favorite guys for a night on the town. Thursday’s fenfire got everyone in the spirit, while the Triday pep rally ■ the stage for the victory over Smiley.
