Another year, another football season only this season fell short of the REL Gander’s expectations After months of relentless workouts, play planning, and execution, the Ganders ended the season with a disappointing record of 3-7. Plagued by injuries, inexperience, and mistakes, the Gan- ders managed to keep their spirit. The players learned from their experience on their home field. Stallworth Stadium. They gained many valuable lessons; such as. good sportsmanship, self-discipline and never giving up or quilting Although the Ganders didn't win district, they were still victorious in the “Spirit of Robert E.
