Lee Relay Queen Finalists SANDRA WILKIE CAROLE KING GLORIA BURNS These five girls were finalists in the Lee Re- lays Queen contest. Twenty-five girls represent- ed REL's clubs and organizations in the contest. Two pictures of each were judged by Mr. Larry Kane of KTRK-TV in Houston. At the time this book went to press, only the names of the fi- nalists were known. The name of the queen was kept secret until March 23, the night of the an- nual Lee Relays, at which time she was crowned and received a bouquet of flowers. The queen and her court then presented medals and trophies to the winning tracksters. 26 TOBIE WHITTEN KATHIE DERDEN
