SOUND POLICIES Future Student Needs This remark by Mr. Mielke, now in his thirty-second year as principal at Robbinsdale, characterized his devotion and understanding to the problems involved in providing education to the ever increasing number of suburban students. The population of RHS had mushroomed from 900 in 1929 to the present enrollment of 2175.
