Junior News As we entered school this year we could hardly realize that half of our high school days were ovnr and we had become upperclassmen. Judy Fehr Nancy Martin Tom Hodgson Jim Monge Sponsors. .. ..........Mrs.Furr Mr. Broers Our first big event was ordering our class rings on September 25. We got them in January. Everyone was well satisfied with them. Our play, Not in a Thousand Years, was given on November 14. lt was a big success and enioyed by everyone who sow it. To help pay for the Junior-Senior Banquet which we gave in honor of the seniors, we sold candy at noon, after school, and at games. We also sponsored o bake sole and a movie. February ll was the date of our class party, attended by the whole school. lt wasa dance with games and refreshments. A new member of our class this year is Margie Wirth, who transferred here from Deer Creek- Mackinaw. Members of our class not pictured here are Margie Wirth and Lyford Klein. We are proud of the iuniors who were on the varsity squad this year. Our congratulations go to Jim Monge and Tom Hodgson for doing such a swell iob on the team. As our junior year comes to an end we realize that we have left only one more year of high school, and everyone will try to make the best of his senior year at R. V. H. S.
