The ULERYS as you know have recently returned from Florrda where they have been rn sprrng trarmng w1th the Brooklyn Dodgers of whom RON ALD IS manager The lrttle Dodgers Gtll Don and Mrckey stayed wrth the Crrsts whrle therr pal'6llIS were rn Florrda Mrs Crrst was the former JANIICE HARDEN who now has srx chrldren of her own After the long rrde to the sprmg tramrng base we vrsrted JUDITH HAYNES who 15 a commercral teacher rn one of the largest schools rn Vero Beach and told her about our trrp On our way through Wabash County 1n lndrana we saw a huge plant rt was a Locker Plant lwe stopped to look around and found the owner of the enterprrse was TERRY MILLER l-le asked us to hate lunch wrth htm out at hrs Mtnk Ranch but we thought we should get the car rollrng agarn We drove for what seemed ltke days mstead of hours and soon entered Kentucky Wh1le drrvmg along we saw a group of marchrng men and guess who was rn charge? TERRY PELL Before long we came to a stgn that read Army Arr Force Base We remembered that JAMES ROGERS another classmate of Ronald s owned a Motel about oO mrles further so we stayed there for the mght Jrm really knows the motel busmess and he had good tratnmg for tt at Internatronal Busrness College Whtle rrdmg through Tennessee we thought the country seemed very desolate more so than back home rn Indrana We saw a srgn that read Atomrc Energy Plant We thought thrs very rnterestrng so we dectded to see rf we were allowed to look around You ll never guess who we saw Dr PAT CHAP MAN who 15 workmg as a research screntrst on I-low Atomrc Energy affects the human mmd She told us she had gotten a letter a few days before from NANCY TOMLINSON who IS a publrc accountant Nancy sard she had Just been to the Georgia State Capttol checkrng books and had met PHYLLIS WIL LIAMSON who works as a Comptometer operator for the Governor She also sard that BEVERLEY BYERS was dorng the same k1nd of work for the Florrda Governor Beverley rs known a Mrs Vernon Krnzre now and has two of the sweetest llttle grrls We told Pat we would drop rn to see them on our way After leavrng the plant we dectded we had better strck to the road 1f we wanted to reach the Dodger Trammg Base at Vero Beach ln trme Whrle drrvmg through DeLand we notrced that people were lrned up for blocks When we saw why we just had to Jorn them It could be no one but Anna Jean the most popular srnger and actress rn the country You knew her as ANITA BAKER By the way have you heard her new record of Foot Loose and Fancy Free?
