got it full blast. fCensoredl Anyway it seemed that the Cadillac just quit running and this was the only car the garage man had that Tom could use So he used it We all got in-- or should l say out? At any rate we were quite out-of-doors in that car- and in December too. Did we ever receive attention on the way out of town? It must have been quite an in- teresting spectacle Four grown people in a ridiculous looking car wxth no top in the mid- dle of winter At any rate it ran and we got there cold but in fine that is all but Tom were in fine spirits The Howards met us at the door of their newly built home Duane Lavona and two little txkes very cute and with hair as black and curly as it could be We were informed that it wasn t a tom either They told us these were only the first two and invited us into the nursery to see the latest model as Duane termed it We learned that Lavona had been teaching school the first two years after finishing high school and that Duane had started right out farming and was doing very well at it Our conversation was interrupted by a racket out front lt was an army jeep turning circles in the snow After a formal debut of antics it stopped and out jumped Charles Richards Irnagine our surprise to learn that he was a captain of the National Guard H had been working for this pos1t1on ever since school was out and finally reached his Utopia The conversation later shifted to Loren No one seemed to know where he was or what he was doing Lavona had contacted hun about the reunion through his parents but did not know anything about hun except that he was coming About that tune a sleek road ster pulled up but as it was growing dark it was hard to recogmze the tall form that stepped from it Lavona opened the door and there stood Loren He was a good six feet of hair and muscles By the hair I mean that he was nursing a full crop of whiskers He told us in his business it was necessary as he was a professional basketball player and at present was playing with the House of David The mystery was solved Since all of us had arrived Lavona invited us to the dining room where we sat down to a lovely dinner Let us turn the wheels of tune back now for we know what we started to find out and it would be very unpolite to meddle further into the proceedings of such a happy evening After all it s none of our business Editor s Note Any surularity to persons living or dead is purely intentional CLASS AVERAGES Hair Brown Wqghf 155 pounds Height 5 feet and 8 inches Waist 30g inches Eyes Brown Shoe Size 10 , . . . 1 . . , . , .- . . . .
