R li Spring Green, the first school play of the year, was given on October 21 1949. The story is a comedy and revolves around a group of teen-agers. The girls are trying to get dates to a masquerade party and wind up with each others dates . Newton, beautifully portrayed by .Tim Mullen, had a hobby of raising pedi greed worms and when he came to Elmwood, with his worms, you can imagine what happened. The cast included: Nina Cassell .... NNHI WlllY The Riverview Gardens spring play was presented on May 5, 1950. INNER WILLY, a delightful comedy of a young boy dominated by his three maiden aunts, was written by Bettye Knapp. Willy's life had been carefully planned for him long before he was able to make up his own mind by his persisting, but ever loving aunts. The whole play involves the trials of young Willy trying to win independence from his aunts, which he finally does in the end, with the expert advice and aid of his inner self, Inner Willy.
