Sllllll HZIIII llll MR. FOREES. The Student Council is the student government of Riverview Gardens High School. The President and Vice-President are elected by the stu- dent body, and each class elects two members--one boy and one girl to serve on the Council. This year, under the able guidance of their President, Ronald Trampe, the Council started a series of radio programs. These programs included speeches given by the Council members and members of the faculty. The subjects, not ordinarily presented in the classroom included, At- tendance, School Spirit, Appreciation of School, Conduct in Assemblies, Looking Toward the Future, and many others. The Council also superviseda very successful Cavalcade, our annual carnival at which each class and organization sponsors money-making attractions. As we look back over the year, we can see many fine things that have been accomplished by our Student Council.
