The first few weeks of school found the se seventhgraders wan- dering aimlessly about the halls trying to find their classrooms. Later in the year, however, they distinguished themselves by helping present the Tom Sawyer' ope- retta. Since All work and no play makes .Tack a dull boy this group joined the eighth grade in several .Tunior High parties. After their one year with us, the seventh graders are ready to tackle the next assignment, that of becoming eighth graders.

T reasurer C LASS ST OR Y Thirty-one peppy members of the younger generation eagerly began the new year. They have been a very active group, and their determination and strong lea- dership will undoubtedly follow them through their four years of high school. The eighth grade of our school re- vealed their dramatic ability in the Torn Sawyer operetta. Ioan Froehly and Bob Murphy were class attendants at the Coronation. We are justly proud of these students and are awaiting their entrance into high school.
