Pantomime FUTURE TEACHER The activities of the Riverton Chapter of the Future Teachers of Xmerica were many and varied during the 1959-69 school year. This Jrganization was in charge of the concession stand at several of the tome football games. They also constructed the Queenis float for the ?lomecoming Parade. As a service organization the Riverton club nstalled the Lander F.T.A. President, Joanne Henton, was a platform guest at the District Teachers, Convention held in Thermopolis. The ?.T.A. was also responsible for the distribution of seals and pins luring Red Cross Week. Another exciting event was the F.T.A. Talent Show held in April. The show consisted of various acts presented by nembers of the school. This club also had a strong substitution pro- gram and many of its members were called upon by the faculty to do substitute teaching. Hidden talent . . . One of the highlights of the F.T.A. Show.
