SWEETHEART MARY HARDY erlron Puut- 'liwvlue Miss Mary Hardy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford A. Hardy of Riverton, was crowned Sweetheart of Riverton High School at a special cor- onation assembly on Friday, February 14, 1947. Mary was the senior class nominee in a contest sponsored by the senior class. She received a gold locket and each of her attendants received a box of chocolates. Her attendants, pic- tured on the left, were Maxine Mooney, junior: Marian Pickering, sophomore: Patsy Mast, freshman, substituted for Patty Thatcher who was ill at the time of the coronation.
