Wittlief, one of our outstanding history teachers, has retired after dedicating 27 years of continued service to Riverside High School. As head of the history department at the start of our school in 1930, she organized this course. Dedicated to scholarship, she has graphicly recreated the people, occurrences,and ideas of his- tory. Miss Wittlief graduated from the University of Buffalo and received her masteris degree from Col- umbia University.
