The Board's pri mary considerations were related to thi building development program and thi problem of junior college affiliation. Preliminary work began with the r moval of trees and fences in Decembe Actual construction began at the beginning ofjanuary, 1968. After the fal of 1968 internal renovation ofclassrooms offices, study halls, and auditorium wil begin with completion slated for Septem ber, 1969.
