WELCOME TO WELCOME TO THE on electricity When night fell, there wos nothing to do. A candlelight dinner may sound romontic. but ofter three or four nights, it begins to wear thin. No lights, no radio, and no television oil odded up to nothing to do For most, the storm wos only on inconve- nience. since their power wos restored in o few days. Eventually though, things returned to normal for them. too. Hurricane Gloria didn't bring much roin. but the Homecoming weekend did. The down- IWERHEAD. UNEXPECTED. . . pour on Saturday ruined the floors and soaked the ground, but it didn't dampen the BLUE WAVES spirit And mony ogreed that the Homecoming donee was one of the best dances in o long rime.
