A few people who live too close to school ore forced to either ride their bikes or walk. These ore the people who ore most miserable on those cold, roiny days when they hove to go through shin-high puddles to get to school. Fortunately for them, though, the roin keeps the ferocious dogs inside where they con'r chose them, And don’t forget those six-foot high snowdrifts they hove to struggle with when the district elects not to close schools Then there ore those lucky students who hove cars. These vehicles ore considered by many to be the classiest woy to get to school This incorrect notion is maintained mostly by those who hove never hod to poy for gos or repoirs. ond hove never hod the singulor experience of having the cor break down on o cold, desolate reach of Sound Avenue. And while these people seem t be very popular during lunchtime, they wonder why everyone disappears when the word gos money posses from their lips Most people find thor their school doy goes obout os well os their journey rhere-rhose who hove o lot of problems hove o rotten doy, those who hove none hove o wonderful doy Then og there ore those who decide nor to chance the odds or oil — stay home Right: Duses provide on important service for those students who don 't hove cars or non-working parents. These students got to ride o school bus to the Aquebogue School for their senior picture
