Everyone has heard ofthe BOMB SCARE thatwe re- ceived, well, here we have two surplus detonators that could be used to set off an explosion. These be- long to the physics class and are hidden in the cup- board there. There is only one catch, as tar as can be found, the longest time that these can be set is for 60 seconds. A sad note to this was in the area papers just recently, a girl stared at the eclipse and is permanently blind.

Second row: Bonnie Deck- er, Debra Stevenson, Robert Trout, Steven Lauck, Ed Thompson, Brad Beck, Becky Stansberry, Anita Forney. Student Council President Barbara Clark was absent from the above picture. Barb, along with the other members have helped voice the students' opinions in the law-making body at Riverdale High School. The council's proiects for the previous year consisted ot painting the football bleachers, oltering the stu- dents' dress code, entertoining the guestsattheteach- ers' banquet, ond preparing the homecoming cere- monies. The Student Council also made it possible for students to write to local servicemen for the first time at Riverdale.
