DEDICATION During this Sesquicentennial year in Ohio we pause to reflect on the historic events occurring in our state and the suc- cessful progress attained by our citizens. We are also proud of the achievements that have been made in our own community, espe- cially in our educational system. Therefore, it is altogether fitting that we pay special tribute to one who for the last sixteen years has had the educa- tional interest of our community at heart. It is, indeed, with pride that we hereby dedicate our annual to MR. JOHN E.
