A D M I N I S T R A T I O N The efficiency of any organization is to a great extent determined by the character of its administrators. Those responsible for the administration of our school have at all times kept the students and community in mind. A school should be operated in a busi- ness-like manner. The tax-payers must always be kept in mind. Our administrators have tried to better educational opportunities for our students so that a high school education might mean more to them. The teachers are given free reign to put into effect their ideas without fear of re- proach. Boys and girls are given all freedom and every advantage possible. It is believed that if a boy or girl is treated as a respons- ible individual, he or she will more nearly measure up to the standard that they wish to a a n. We feel that it is the responsibility of the teachers and administrators to teach and encourage the students in such a manner that when they grow into adult life they may help build up a better standard of character, reli gion, and industrial life in the United States. The first regular meeting is on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January. At this meeting it is the duty of the Advisory board to iudit the books of the trustee On the first Tuesday i September the meeting. At this meeting, the members of the Board go over the budget of the township which has been made by the trustee for the following year.
