We'rc really not so green as lots of people think we are. To begin with we haven't lost so many of our members on our eight years' journey over to high school. There are twenty-eight Freshmen now. At the first of school, we thought it best to elect our oflicers. As our presi- dent we elected Joe Johnsong Vice-President, Betty Jo Painterg Secretary-Treas- urer, Ruth Deem. Tiny rather disliked the fact, at first, that he was put on the look out for us, but as he came to know us better he found we, weren't such a bad bunch after all, Cf course you wouldn't notice Mr. Clifton as to personal appearance, but we all like him just the same and he makes a dandy class sponsor. We have three of our boys on the second team- Sometimes they even sub for the first team. Now don't tell us we're not stepping out.
