The class of '64 is somewhat special to me and will always remain so. For it was you as eighth graders who unwittingly but successfully served as my first graduates. Now, it is especially significant to see you graduate. Someone once said that all that stands between the high school graduate and the top of the ladder is the ladder. Each of you has the right to scale that ladder. Climb high, but don't forget the rights of the other climbers. Thom as I. Your efforts have guided us when we needed advice, straightened our thinking when we were bewildered, and perhaps most important, helped us find our places in life. We dedicate this yearbook to you in deep gratitude for all the things, great and small, that you have done for us to make our days at Riverdale High School meaningful ones.
