Julius G. Ward (Soc. Stud, instr.) Dear Friend Bob, I am glad you passed our way. Few have placed the concern for others so high in life. The community and school have been recipients of your knowledge, willing help, and quiet optimism; but none have benefited more than I. Your willingness to share these qualities with my family and I will be with me always. I could not have wanted for a better friend. Jim Schreck (Soc. Studies instr.) Bob's death has bereft me of both best friend and valued colleague. Three years his senior, I learned as much from him in sharing his dy- ing as in sharing his living.
