Almost every student had some kind of extra activity. Sports were popular, ranging from football to tennis and cross country. Teachers devoted many valuable hours to make these sports happen. For their efforts, they were rewarded with sat- isfaction and a little extra money. At number 1 doubles, Jim Lightfoot and Dan Hodge had a successful 13-7 record.
