Administration ,68 It is through these men that Ritenour functions as a single unit, each is responsi- ble for his particular area and must main- tain harmony with the others. Mr. Traut- wein, as principal, is familiar with every aspect of the school's activities, and his work increases as Ritenour's population continues to grow. These men devote many additional hours to the school than are required, because they know that the purpose of the school is to serve the student, and they never forget this. Mr. A. K.
