The school year of 1947 was blassed by 34 puprls wrth Mrs Aukland as the teacher These 34 eager pup1ls colored pasted and cut thetr way through the frrst s1x years of school The Junror Htgh years were full of excrtement We really felt rmportant now because we were upstarrs wrth the hrgh school students ln our seventh grade Nancy Gschwmd and Anna Mrrer represented our class on the Jumor Htgh Halloween float Cheerleaders were Mary Lawrence and Anna Mtrer The erghth grade year was another steppmg stone for us Our attendants for the Halloween float were Carol Holman and Marge Baker Our cheerleaders were Carol Holman and Marge Baker Tom Gschwmd was Student Councxl representattve both years We had many boys partrcrpatlng 1.11 Jr Hrgh basketball Our freshmen year was one of the brggest steps we took rn our whole hrgh school years Our presrdent was Tom Gschwmd Our Football Queen attendant was Marjorre Smrth was Marvrn Chalfrn as her escort Our Stu dent Councll representatrves were John Kreaxs as her escort Our cheerleader was Mary Lawrence We had f1ve players on the football squad and three players on the basketball team Boys State delegates were Tom Gschwmd and Wayne St Clatr Glrls State delegates were Carol Holman Sally Reese and Eva Brown The G A A had erght members band members numbered ten Grrls Ensemble had f1ve members from our class F H A had seven members F F A had seven members Drama Club had 13 there were erght Thesptans and four mem garet Dexter We had a very successful frsh fry and had loads of fun workrng on our Junror Class Play So Thrs ls Blrss Now we re Gschwmd and Carol Holman were chosen as co edt tors of the annual and Tom Gschwmd as Busrness Manager with many helpful semors backrng them The annual progressed very well durrng the year After some of the actrvrtres such as a successful frsh fry dances stands at football and basketball games we re now startrng to get ready for graduatron For the Semor Tr1p thts year we are gorng to Washrngton D
